This project created a full-floor gathering hub for the growing team at this company. The space included open lounge space for gathering and relaxing, nooks for more private connections, small rooms for interviews or private meetings, and conference rooms to accommodate larger groups in team meetings. 

Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC

This 125-year-old Law firm underwent a comprehensive first-generation office renovation for an entire floor. Key highlights of the project included the construction of private offices, an employee lounge, and the installation of demountable wall systems. Special attention was given to incorporating unique wall and floor coverings, while designing spacious boardrooms and client meeting rooms.

Redfin

On this fast-paced, complex interior build-out for Redfin, we delivered 85,000 sf. of high-end office and public space that showcased Redfin's mission and culture. 

Bulletproof Coffee

Bulletproof's space is a unique representation of the company's culture and commitment to healthy work environments and lifestyle. This space reused historic 1909 doors and salvaged and refinished the original floors while modernizing individual office spaces with custom glass sliders for sound attenuation and a mental-accent entrance wall.

DNA Brand Mechanics

This 11,994 sq. ft. build-out for DNA, included many non-standard elements such as dramatic living green wall at the suite entry and an open ceiling concept throughout the space. 

MOZ

This 50,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement included an interconnecting staircase as well as building out community and event space. Hauser Consulting Services, LLC worked to obtain specialty furniture, fixtures and equipment for this project. 

Rec Room

This 14,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement required a special installation of power requirements due to the nature of their business. Rec Room is a virtual reality, online video game and game creation system. The project also included building and installing unique, locally hand-made fixtures and furniture. 

Treehouse for Kids

This 17,000 sq. ft. full remodel of existing office space included adding meeting rooms with private safety/sound proof space for counseling. Treehouse for Kids provides youth in foster care in Washington with academic & other essential support they need to graduate from high school & pursue their dreams. 

Trupanion

This 67,000 sq. ft. buildout created specialty office space that included pet-friendly flooring, collaborative work areas and a child-care facility. Trupanion is a pet insurance provider that offers and administers cat and dog insurance. Trupanion was named Seattle’s ‘Most Pet-Friendly Company’ based on the ability of employees to bring their pet to work, the ‘Most Unusual Perk’ for offering employees the option of insuring their dog or cat and also the ‘Best Place to Work’ and ‘Best Local Business’ by community surveys.
